Tournaments cancellation policy

We work very hard to avoid tournament cancellations, however, should a cancellation be necessary for any reason, we make every effort to compensate players in the fairest way possible.
Compensation methods are determined based on the exact circumstances and timing of a cancellation.
Possible reasons for cancellation are:
- Minimum number of players not reached
- Server issues
When a tournament needs to be canceled because of a server crash or some other reason, events may need to be rolled forward or rolled back, and players will be compensated according to our Tournament Refund policy.
Tournament Refund Policy:
- A full refund is granted if, a team withdraws on or before the 15th day prior to the tournament, and the tournament has not yet been filled.
- No refund is granted if, a team withdraws less than 15 days prior to the tournament, and a replacement team is not found before the start of the event.
- No refund is granted if, a team withdraws less than 7 days before the start of the tournament regardless whether or not a replacement team is found. When this occurs it is the team’s obligation to notify the tournament director in writing indicating that they will not be participating.
All refunds processed can have an administrative processing fee (set by the Payment processor).
